This photography work explores the relationship between living spaces and the way I have constructed them. I believe the state and nature of a home is completely decided by those who live within it. There is a stark contrast between the home I grew up in, what it became and what home looks like to me now. Issues of relationship, gender roles, nature and nurture, and my identity come into play through the diptych pieces. This is an autobiographical piece created in 2017, of the home through narrative in my childhood and my current university residence.
