In response to the food desert crisis in Dayton, Ohio, I reached out to the Dayton Food Bank’s marketing manager to concept Plenish - an educational, healthy, and sustainable way for children to learn how to grow their own food. This learning tool would be launched into classrooms and envisioned inspiring the children to bring the knowledge home. The designs were created in partnership with the Meadow Montessori Kindergarteners (Class of 2025) from Monroe, Michigan. It is printed on economical decomposable, recycled paper for easy access to printing due to cost and material, while eliminating waste.
