Student Apartment Real Estate

The pieces below are an ensemble of student apartment’s collateral for Campus Life and Style, Pierce Properties, and Southstar Management Company. There are 71 apartment complexes for which I design eblasts, flyers, and social media graphics – typically finishing a design in less than 20 minutes. Most of these properties have established brand identities, but I’m often allowed artistic license with pulling together their designs; especially for food truck events.
